new insurance waiver procedure

Complete the following steps to waive your student insurance for the fall and spring semesters.

• Visit www.studentinsurance.com
  • Select Your College
  • Select Waiver
  • Complete Waiver Process
  • Print Confirmation Page For Your Records
  • Print Email Notice for Approval or Denial

STUDENT INJURY AND SICKNESS INSURANCE

All registered students taking six (6) or more credit hours are required to purchase the student injury and sickness insurance plan, except those students who submit evidence of equivalent coverage satisfactory to the policyholder may waive coverage.  Registered students taking less than six (6) credit hours may purchase this insurance on a voluntary basis.  Contact Student Health Services for further information.

ALL STUDENTS MUST WAIVE INSURANCE EACH FALL AND SPRING!
