• Print Confirmation Page For Your Records

• Print Email Notice for Approval or Denial

STUDENT INJURY AND SICKNESS INSURANCE

All registered students taking nine (9) or more credit hours are required to purchase the student injury and sickness insurance plan, except those students who submit evidence of equivalent coverage satisfactory to the policyholder may waive coverage.  Registered students taking less than nine (9) credit hours may purchase this insurance on a voluntary basis.  Contact Student Health Services for further information.

When paying for Fall or Spring classes all students that waive their insurance online must provide the Cashier’s Department with a confirmation number in order to avoid paying the insurance fee.

ALL STUDENTS MUST WAIVE INSURANCE EACH FALL & SPRING!
