1098-T

If you would like to receive notification electronically (instead of a paper copy) please give your consent by following the instructions in the link below.  If you would like to receive a paper copy of your 1098-T form, do nothing.

The benefits to receiving electronic notification are:

• Online delivery provides access to the form 1098-T earlier than the traditional mailing process.
• Online delivery eliminates the chance that the 1098-T will get lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery, or misplaced once the student receives it.
• Signing up for online delivery is easy and secure.

To give consent to receive your notification electronically, sign up using the SECURE website below giving us your Name, SID and email address (you can also include your parents email in the alternate email space):

If you have chosen the paper version, you can access the 1098-T forms online by going to www.ecsi.net/1098T which is for information only. Inside the previous link, you may use the Login to My Account to login.

OR

The login page is www.ecsi.net/myacct.  To use this page you will need the following information:

1. School Code = KV
2. Account = SSN without dashes
3. Password = PIN number assigned by ECSI (included on your paper mailing)

You will get your PIN number with the original mailing. If you lose your PIN or you do not receive one, you must call ECSI for help on the ECSI 1098-T hotline number which is 866-428-1098.
