To request a meeting with the Chancellor or participation by the Chancellor in an event, please complete the following form and click the "Submit" button.
This form should be submitted at least one month prior to the meeting or event unless it is an emergency or special called meeting. If under these circumstances, please contact Greg Carter at 910.521.6201 prior to submitting the form.
