Submit collects data from an HTML form and sends that data to the recipient via email or stores it in a file. To use submit, fill out this form with your preferences and click the add button to create a key. Record the information returned and include it in your HTML form.

  List the name of each field on your form, one per line. Be store to spell the names exactly like they are spelled on your form. If the field is required, add an * to tne end of the name, but don't use the * in your form. Avoid using other special character's like <, >, and }.
