how to request a TUTORING session

1. Please fill out all the information required on the Tutoring Request Form, which is available at the Center for Academic Excellence in Jacobs Hall, Suite F. Make sure that your contact information is correct before submitting the form.
2. Once your Request Form is submitted, the Tutor Coordinator will notify you within 24 hours when your session(s) have been confirmed. The Tutoring Sessions will begin on the third or fourth week of classes or upon receipt of your confirmation.
3. As a participant of the program, you are expected to come to the session(s) prepared by completing all course assignments (i.e. readings, homework, lab reports, etc) prior to the session. Make sure to bring your textbook, notes and questions/areas of concern to the session. Please review the Participant Responsiblilities before attending your first session.
