tutoring program (UPASS)

The Tutoring Program (UPASS) is a free set of services available to all University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) students needing tutoring sessions and assistance. UPASS (University of North Carolina @ Pembroke Academic Success Services) is a new name for the tutoring services program formerly known as the Peer Study Support Program.

Led by a tutor, each tutoring session will meet for a 50 minute to one hour session. The tutor will help explain the course material by assisting students to connect ideas, form concepts and explain events and ask questions that will help students to clarify their understanding of the course material.

If you would like to request a tutoring session, please review How to Request a Tutoring Session and Participant Responsibilites sections.

If you are a student wanting a tutoring session, please stop by Jacobs Hall Suite H.
