peer mentoring program

Mentoring is human interaction, support, caring, and empowerment. Mentoring's greatest gift is to provided someone who "needs" with someone who is willing to "give" -- someone who offers inspiration to the uninspired, laughter to the joyless, and courage to the apprehensive. For their efforts, mentors gain understanding, confidence, a sense of purpose, and the inspiration to continue to mentor. For those who feel isolated in their struggles, the beneficial reciprocity of mentoring can be a positive life changing experience.
