Mr. Ollie Bishop is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Business Administration, Department of Accounting and Information Technology, at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.  During his thirty year tenure, he has taught primarily Financial and Managerial Accounting and Decision Science Courses.  He is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and he is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina. Mr. Bishop is a passionate advocate of online learning and he has taught numerous online classes since their inception at UNCP. His online course websites are exceptionally well organized and they contain a wealth of content to facilitate the learning process.  He has produced numerous teaching videos to aid his students in the learning process. He is a proponent of the use of technology in education and he makes every effort to integrate technology into his courses.    Mr. Bishop has co-authored articles and he has participated in presentations primarily related teaching and learning.  He is a firm believer that education is the key to success.
