Joseph P. Lakatos is an Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He earned a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame, JD and MBA from St. John's University, and the LL.M degree from Boston University School of Law. He has 20 years of industry experience as an attorney, CPA and CFE. His research covers the areas of accounting, corporate governance, business ethics, and securities regulation.
