CAPS AND GOWNS

All undergraduate and graduate cap and gowns are available at the UNCP Bookstore. Caps and Gowns are distributed during Grad Finale (during both semesters) and following Grad Finale in the UNCP Bookstore on designated pick up days during regular business hours.

Cap and Gown Pick Up

For those graduates that do not attend Grad Finale, you can pick up your cap and gown in the UNCP Bookstore during the previously mentioned times. . Regalia must be picked up in the UNCP Bookstore during regular business hours. IIf you cannot come pick up your cap and gown you will have to have it shipped to you. THIS IS A CURRENT CHANGE TO THE RULES!!!!! . A shipping and handling fee of $8.15 will be charged on all orders shipped. We will need your height and weight in order to give you the proper fit.

Pick-up Dates:

• December graduates can begin picking up (date TBA)
• May graduates can begin picking up beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2009.

All faculty and administrators cap and gowns may either be rented through or purchased from the UNCP Bookstore. Check the Graduation Center page here or our Events page for upcoming rentals and sales at the UNCP Bookstore.

CUSTOM REGALIA SALE

A Fine Quality Academic Regalia Sale will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2009 10am-7pm, and Thursday, October 22, 2009 10am-4pm in the UC Annex. .

A representative from Jostens, trained in Academic dress an protocol will be on hand to assist with your measurements and orders and to answer any questions your might have. This will be your opportunity for you to have a complete set of CUSTOME TAILORED regalia made for you at the best price available in the last decade.

Whether you are buying a complete outfit, replacing part of aging regalia you already own, or deciding at last it really would be more practical and convenient to buy rather than rent - you can't lose with this limited time offer.



RENTAL REGALIA
The end of the semester is quickly approaching and we at the Bookstore are working hard to prepare for a smooth graduation. With this in mind, we are now taking rental regalia orders for the December 12, 2009 commencement ceremony.

 

If you need to rent regalia and have not rented in the past, please stop by the UNCP Bookstore to fill out a rental form prior to Wednesday, November 18, 2009. If you have rented regalia before and need to rent again, you may simply email me at deidamia.gonzalez@uncp.edu or contact the Bookstore at 521-6222.  Regalia delivery cannot be guaranteed for any orders placed after November 18, 2009. The rental fees are as listed below:
