If you do not see a particular Software Title in stock at the UNCP Bookstore chances are we can get it for you. Come to the UNCP Bookstore and browse our catalog of Software Titles for additional reference. Additional Software Titles can be ordered upon a Special Order request. Please check with the Information Systems Specialist or any UNCP Bookstore staff member to place a special order.

RESIDENTIAL NETWORKS

Residential network (ResNet) is the residential computer network service provided to students living at UNC Pembroke. ResNet allows you to connect your personal computer, when equipped with a 10BaseT Ethernet adapter, directly to UNCP's computer network and through the University Network, to the Internet. ResNet provides fast network connections from your own room, access e-mail accounts, browse/search Internet, access campus information and much more.

ResNet service is offered cooperatively by University Computing and Information Services and University Housing.

ResNet supplies are available in the UNCP Bookstore.

SUPPLIES

The UNCP Bookstore carries a varied supply of Computer Supplies ranging from diskettes, CD-R, CD-RW, Zip disk, disk storage, surge protectors, mice, mouse pads, wrist rests, ink cartridges (for select Epson and Hewlett Packard printers), printer paper, and ResNet supplies (Ethernet cards Desktop Users and for Laptop models, and 7, 10, 14, and 25 foot patch cables).
