Please complete the following form to register for the 2008 American Indian Women's Conference. Registration includes luncheons, refreshment breaks, conference bag and Honor Ceremony.

REGISTRATION FEE
- Types of Registration Available
- Individual - $75 per person per day or two days for $125: includes access to all refreshment breaks, keynote sessions, two lunches, breakout sessions and Honor Ceremony.
- Student (high school/college undergrad) - $75 for both days: includes the above.
- American Indian Elder (60 and above) - $75 for both days: includes the above."
- Honor Ceremony (Friday, February 29, 2008 at 7:00 pm; Reception at 6 pm)
- Attending Honor Ceremony only - $30
- Note: $125 registration includes ticket to honor ceremony
- Honor or Remember a Special Person - $10
- Name will be listed in conference program booklet
- Conference Vendor - $25 for both days

- $1,000 – Nonprofit/Government Organizations/Tribal Organizations
- $1,500 – Corporate/Business
- As a Table Host Sponsor, you receive 2 registrations to the conference, inclusive of reserved priority seating and name recognition at a table for the gala/honor ceremony, and name recognition in the event program. Table Host registration is non-refundable.
- Note – in order to maximize capacity at the Honor Ceremony, your table will be set for nine (9) to accommodate a conference speaker and /or conference scholarship recipient—Women Helping Women.
- Name Badges and tickets for the luncheons and Awards/Honor Ceremony will be required to attend conference events. Note: your registration is used to create your name badge, tickets and other conference materials.

Cancellation Policy
Individual Registration: A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made upon written notification by February 8, 2008. Registered participants who fail to attend the conference without a timely formal cancellation will be charged the entire registration fee.
