I am a native of Fayetteville NC. I graduated from Westover High School in 2003. I attended UNCP from 2003-2007 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently I work at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in the Cardiac Surgery ICU. I am also in graduate school at East Carolina University working on my masters in Nursing.

While at Pembroke I learned how to multitask. I was in the first graduating class from the nursing program as well as an RA, president of a student organization, student ambassador and maintained a high GPA.

Don’t be afraid to get involved and try new things. Keep a balance and always put your studies first.
